Business credit file correction

A wrong entry on your company credit file can cost you contracts.

Suppliers, lenders and landlords check business credit files. We help your company review its files and dispute items that are genuinely inaccurate, out of date or not yours (for example, records created by someone impersonating your business).

What we do

  • Help obtaining your company’s files from D&B, Experian Business, Equifax business and similar bureaus
  • Line-by-line review to spot inaccurate, duplicated or mismatched records
  • Dispute packs with supporting evidence for inaccurate items, submitted through each bureau’s official process
  • Tracking of bureau responses and follow-up

What we don’t do

  • For company / business-entity files only, not personal credit files of individuals or sole traders
  • We only dispute items we have reason to believe are inaccurate; accurate information can’t and won’t be challenged
  • No guarantee that any item will be changed or removed; decisions rest with the bureau and the data provider
  • Not available in the UAE

Plans: Included as support in the Agency plan. Enquire for one-off reviews.
