These terms apply to your use of imposterwatch.com and ImposterWatch services, provided by Cloud Investments FZE, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms.

Services

ImposterWatch provides online information, monitoring, guidance and reporting assistance relating to email impersonation, lookalike domains and scams. Results are based on publicly available information and what you provide. We are not a background check, credit reporting, legal or licensed private investigator service.

No guarantees

We can’t guarantee that you won’t be scammed, that an account will be recovered, that a platform or registrar will remove content, or that our assessments are complete. Third-party platforms make their own decisions. Our services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Subscriptions and payment

Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Log in → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. One-off checks are charged once. Included monthly allowances (such as 1 romance scam check per month on Personal) don’t roll over.

Your responsibilities

Only submit information you are entitled to share, use our services lawfully, and only ask us to monitor domains or email addresses you own or are authorised to act for.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
